We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment or service date to avoid any cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Important: Because your time slot is held just for you, late cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded or rebooked.
